Responsibilities:
•
Participate in an intensive training program supported by a mentor from the leadership team to establish a foundation for long term, ongoing team oriented professional development.
•
Perform in accordance with a proven recruiting system which includes phone work, face-to-face meetings, candidate interviews, community events and relationship building activities.
•
Execute Consultant Resource Analysis (CRA) duties, a formal documentation process containing a series of events to capture information about a prospective candidate’s background and experience along with information on the individual’s preferences in developing their career.
•
Enter Candidate’s information into a corporate CRM database for organizational tracking & follow-up purposes.
•
Conduct candidate screening activities related to specific requirements (discuss position details, perform personal interview, complete professional references, and technical screening as required) and cultural fit for client.

Educate Candidate on client’s business, industry vertical and prepare qualified candidates for interviews.
•
Maintain relationships with qualified prospects for future openings via monthly contact process.
•
Negotiate compensation and benefits with candidates.
•
Format resume and references with company standard format and present to Account Manager(s).
•
Meet with Account Manager to discuss relevant qualifications, concerns and ultimate viability for submittal to client.
•
Perform Interview Coordination / Preparation, On-Boarding / Off-Boarding, Post Placement Management / Reviews, Continuous Employment Facilitation etc.
